PRE-NAP! INSTRUCTIONS
Safety is our first priority. To optimize patient safety, it's imperative that you follow these important guidelines:
1. If you are taking a GLP-1 medication, this must be discontinued 1 week prior to nap.
2. You may have a LIGHT snack 6 hours before your Nap! - this needs to be simple carbohydrates (dry toast with jam, fruit - no fats, dairy, or protein)
3. You may drink water (only water) until 4 hours before your Nap!
Failure to follow these will result in postponement of your Nap!
After your Nap!

You will need a driver and a responsible person to stay with you until you are feeling "normal" again.

You may resume your usual activities as soon as you're feeling awake.

Do not make any legal decisions and do not drive for 24 hours after your Nap!

Maintain a healthy lifestyle and sleep habits to get the most from your Nap!
